Hello Cornerstone Family,

I would like to share with you about an opportunity for you to make a major difference in the lives of many of your fellow Georgians. During the month of March we will be receiving a special offering for the Housing and Homeless Council of the North Georgia Conference.

It may seem like just a check in the offering plate. But the money you give to the Homeless Offering becomes:

• Food for the hungry people
• Help with rent or utilities for a family
• Emergency shelter on a cold night
• A new start for a family in transitional housing
• Safety for families fleeing domestic violence
• A chance for home ownership for a family building a Habitat House
• Job training for a homeless person

The Housing and Homeless Council gives grants to ministries all over the North Georgia Conference to help people in need. Since 1990, the Housing and Homeless Council has given more and $3 million in grants to ministries that help people in need.

Please prayerfully consider making an offering in addition to your regular giving.
